What does ReplyMagic actually do? +
Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account. ReplyMagic reads your recent posts and past replies to learn about your business and voice, then drafts replies to comments using the context of the post they are on. New posts sync automatically. You can check and update what it has learned.
What makes the replies specific to my post? +
Each reply combines your business information, the comment, and that post's caption and saved details. Image and Reel analysis adds context within your plan's allowance. You can add details such as prices, sizes, booking instructions, or an offer's terms to the post.
Does it reply automatically? +
New accounts start in Ask me mode. Drafts wait for you to edit, send, or skip them. When you are comfortable with the replies, you can choose Auto. Use your rules to keep sensitive questions for review, or turn replies off.
What if it gets a detail wrong? +
AI can make mistakes. Check the business information and post details it has learned, and review the first drafts. Keep prices, availability, and policies up to date. ReplyMagic is not a live inventory or booking system.
Which Instagram accounts work? +
Requires an Instagram Business or Creator account. Personal accounts need to switch to a professional account in Instagram first. You authorize access on Instagram through its official API and can disconnect later. You never give ReplyMagic your Instagram password.
