Welcome to ReplyMagic. By accessing or using ReplyMagic (the “App”) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Accounts
To use the App you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- No interference with the App’s servers or networks.
- No reverse engineering or extraction of source code.
4. Intellectual property
The App and its content are property of ReplyMagic and protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, modify, or distribute without permission. Don’t use our trademarks without consent.
5. Third-party services
The App integrates with Instagram. Your use of Instagram is subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for Instagram’s services or content.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyMagic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of the App.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ReplyMagic from claims arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted; continued use indicates acceptance.
