Is there a free plan? +
Yes. The Free plan gives you 30 AI replies per month on one Instagram account, using your business information, post details, and voice. No credit card is needed. Upgrade when you need a larger allowance.
What counts as a 'reply'? +
The allowance covers generated AI replies, including drafts waiting for your approval. A draft uses the allowance even if you decide not to send it. Reading comments or editing a draft does not generate another AI reply. Image and Reel analysis has a separate plan allowance.
Can I run more than one Instagram account? +
Yes. Pro covers 1 account out of the box. Add more from the billing page for $15/mo each. Every extra account adds its own 3,000 replies/mo to your pooled quota.
Can I cancel any time? +
Manage your subscription from Billing in the app. If you cancel, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Checkout shows the amount and billing frequency before you pay.
Is this safe for my Instagram account? +
You connect through Instagram's official API and authorize access on Instagram. Start in Ask me mode to review replies before sending. Instagram's platform rules and rate limits still apply.
Does it handle DMs, live stock, or booking calendars? +
