Your business. ReplyMagic uses your profile, captions, and past replies to create a starting picture of what you do and how you sound. Check and edit it in Settings.
This post. The caption, saved information, and available photo or Reel analysis tell it which product, offer, or topic a comment refers to. Open a post on Home to check “About this post” or add a detail.
This comment. The question and conversation guide the draft. A question about a jacket gets the jacket's details, while the same question on a workshop post gets the workshop's details.
Your review. New accounts start in Ask me mode. On Home, open Needs you, read the comment and draft, then edit, send, or skip it. You can stay in Ask me mode or choose Auto later.

New posts sync into ReplyMagic automatically. Post analysis runs within your plan's allowance. Keep product details, prices, policies, and availability current so the replies have the right information.
If a post has no comments yet, there may be no drafts to review. Check the post details and leave replies enabled for when comments arrive.
ReplyMagic writes public Instagram comment replies. It does not check live stock or book appointments, and AI can make mistakes. Use Ask me mode for details you want to check personally.

New accounts start in Ask me mode. Drafts wait for you to edit, send, or skip them. When you are comfortable with the replies, you can choose Auto. Use your rules to keep sensitive questions for review, or turn replies off.
What if it gets a detail wrong? +
AI can make mistakes. Check the business information and post details it has learned, and review the first drafts. Keep prices, availability, and policies up to date. ReplyMagic is not a live inventory or booking system.
Which Instagram accounts work? +
Requires an Instagram Business or Creator account. Personal accounts need to switch to a professional account in Instagram first. You authorize access on Instagram through its official API and can disconnect later. You never give ReplyMagic your Instagram password.
